In Brazil, we operate three strategically located factories in Santa Catarina, Sergipe, and São Paulo. Our presence in Latin America is strengthened by factories in Chile, Colombia, and Mexico. We also operate six Research and Development Centers. In Europe, our Advanced Innovation and Logistics Center in Germany reflects our commitment to the global market, as do our offices in the United States, Poland, and China.

Coming from Mainz, Germany, Rudolph and Hildegard Hufenüssler established a factory in Jaraguá do Sul dedicated to the production of essences and botanical extracts, bringing innovation and quality from the very first steps of our history.

Ten years after our founding, our products began reaching the Uruguayan market.

We took an important step by starting the export of orange and tangerine juices and oils to the European market. In the same period, we strengthened our structure with the creation of Indústrias Reunidas Jaraguá S.A.

We launched the Selecta brand, a milestone that marked the beginning of our work in the production of emulsifiers. Today, we are national leaders in ice cream ingredients, bringing innovation and flavor to the Brazilian market.

In the 1960s and 1970s, we diversified our operations by investing in the production and direct sale of rice to consumers.

Fifty years after taking our first step, we celebrated a history of achievements, challenges, and transformation, recognizing our roots and renewing the purpose that still drives us today.

We went beyond production, offering courses and training for entrepreneurs in the ice cream sector. This movement helped transform Indústrias Reunidas into a national benchmark in expertise and education.

After years of being recognized by the name of our products, on May 15, 1992, we ceased to be Indústrias Reunidas Jaraguá S.A. and officially became Duas Rodas Industrial, consolidating our identity in the market.

With our sights set on the future, we inaugurated a new shipping area and a modern distillery, expanding our production capacity and marking a new cycle of growth and efficiency.

We took another step in our international expansion with the acquisition of a factory in Santiago, Chile, consolidating our presence in Latin America and strengthening our global reach.

In celebration of our 75th anniversary, we inaugurated the Technological and Administrative Center at our headquarters in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina.

We expanded our presence in Brazil with the opening of a factory in Estância, Sergipe, bringing our expertise and quality to the Northeast region.

With the installation of a new factory in Colombia, we further expanded our operations in the Latin American market, reinforcing our commitment to the region.

We launched Specialitá, our premium line of ice cream ingredients, developed to provide unique sensory experiences and raise the quality standard in the market.

We continued expanding our reach with the opening of a new unit in Mexico, strengthening our presence in Latin America.

We acquired Mix Ingredientes, a leading brand in the confectionery sector, expanding our presence in new channels and applications.

We began operating in this segment, combining technology and expertise to develop high-performance solutions for the animal feed industry.

We celebrated the 70th anniversary of Selecta, Brazil's leading ice cream brand. . We also inaugurated the Technology Center in São Bernardo do Campo (SP) and a new paste and variegate facility in Jaraguá do Sul (SC).

With the opening of a sales office in China, we took another important step in connecting our solutions to the Asian market.

We expanded our global presence with the opening of a sales office in the United States, strengthening our position in the North American market.

With the acquisition of tropextrakt, we consolidated our presence in Europe and inaugurated the Advanced Innovation and Logistics Center in Germany.
